General Terms And Conditions
- All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
- For safety and hygienic reasons, food and drinks consumption is not allowed inside rooms. Should you wish to eat or drink something, you can still use the kitchen, veranda or outdoor areas.
- Adults accompanied by children should ensure the peace and quiet of the place.
- Upon request and depending on availability, a baby cot and his kit may be provided in extra (for children under 2years old).
- Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Arrival And Departure Times
- Check-in is done from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Kindly inform us if you are arriving late.
- Check-out should be done no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Booking
- Following your reservation, you will receive an automatic and/or written email confirmation.
- You will be required to make a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer.
- Paying the deposit secures your reservation and implies accepting the present general terms and conditions of sale.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit of €150 for standard rooms and €300 for the Privilege Room and the Lodge will be blocked as a bank imprint (=not debited) on the day of your arrival.
- In the event of willful or involuntary damage, or theft, this security deposit may be partially or completely debited from your credit card.
- The security deposit will be automatically released 7 days after your stay.
- Any damage caused to the Privilege Room's spa may be charged in addition to the security deposit.

- Credit cards and cheque are not accepted.
Rates
- Prices are displayed in Euros (including VAT per room and per night-stay for two people). The tourist tax of €0.80 per adult and per night-stay is not included in the displayed prices.
Changes or modification to a reservation
- Reservations can be modified up to 30 days before arrival. To do so, a written request must be sent directly to the hotel by email.
- Please note that weather conditions (except for known storms and cyclones) are not acceptable grounds for modification or cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation within 30 to 21 days of arrival: 30% of the amount of the stay
- Cancellation within 20 to 8 days of arrival: 50% of the amount of the stay
- Cancellation within 7 to 3 days of arrival: 75% of the amount of the stay
- Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay
